Taylor Hopkinson | Powered by Brunel is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the installation project for a major offshore windfarm developer in the Northeast. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing detailed project plans, coordinating with engineering, procurement, and construction teams, and ensuring seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for WTG installation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and timely completion.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and develop contingency plans to mitigate challenges.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technicians, and subcontractors involved in the installation process.
- Facilitate clear communication among all project stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Ensure all installation activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to mitigate risks during offshore operations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure all installations meet required standards and specifications.
- Address technical issues or deviations promptly to maintain project integrity.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience offshore.
- Previous experience on an offshore windfarm.
- Previous experience with WTG Installation.
- Experience with jack-up vessels.
- Strong knowledge of offshore wind industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
