Job Summary

Shyft6 is seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team of healthcare professionals. As a Portable X-Ray Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality x-ray services to patients in their homes or home-care settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct x-ray exams in home-based care environments
  • Explain x-ray procedures to patients to ensure their comfort and understanding
  • Keep all equipment clean and in excellent working order
  • Chart results and notify physicians of any abnormalities or concerns
  • Communicate patient results to physicians or radiology groups
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician
  • ARRT certification and licensure in the state of Oregon (Washington licensure preferred)
  • Ability to read and understand medical terminology and physician orders
  • Valid Driver's License and authorized CPR Card
