Job Description

The End of Life Care RN position at St. David's Hospice & Family Care involves providing direct patient care in accordance with physician orders, while working collaboratively with the members of the team to help meet positive patient care outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provides direct patient care as defined in State Nurse Practice Act, including specialized duties related to end of life care.
  • Participates in coordination of hospice services, appropriately reporting the identified needs to the interdisciplinary group.

Qualifications

  • Registered Nurse
  • Drivers License
  • Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year
