Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide support to our office employees at BARRY'S ONE HOUR CLEANERS, INC. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, planning meetings, and writing correspondence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
  • Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
  • Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
  • Write and distribute emails, memos, and letters
  • Contribute to company reports and maintain an organized filing system
  • Develop and update office procedures
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or administrative training preferred
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with standard office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
