Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary based on experience, ranging from $45,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on qualifications. About the Job
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records. Your goal will be to develop long-term relationships with clients, providing personalized solutions to their needs. You will work closely with other staff members to ensure seamless communication and efficient operation of the resort.

Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service by following our service foundation and ensuring each client is treated with respect and dignity.
  • Answer all incoming calls, respond to voicemails, and manage emails.
  • Make boarding reservations, book grooming and training appointments, and schedule daycare reservations.
  • Manage cash, check, and credit card transactions, as well as reporting and reconciliations.
  • Get to know clients and their pets' names regularly.
  • Obtain all necessary information related to a pet's visit, ensuring accuracy of client and pet data.
  • Interact and communicate closely with other staff members to address client and pet concerns.
  • Have general knowledge of all services offered at the resort and provide solutions to clients' needs.
  • Assist in managing waitlists during peak periods and ensure maximum room utilization.
  • Act as liaison between veterinarians and customers/emergency contacts, keeping parties informed of ongoing issues.
  • Help initiate 'white glove' treatment for best customers, securing reservations before peak seasons.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be able to handle dogs of all sizes and cats.
  • Must enjoy working with both people and pets.
  • Must have stamina to walk energetic dogs and maintain a clean and inviting facility.
  • Must have a flexible work schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must follow directions and comply with processes and procedures.
  • Must have keen observation skills when interacting with pets.
  • Must be physically capable of performing demanding tasks, lifting up to 50 lbs, and standing for extended periods.
  • Must have computer knowledge and be a quick learner.
  • Must have leadership/supervisory experience in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent customer service skills and professionalism.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
