Position Overview
TKO StaffPros LLC is in search of a skilled Production Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide, mentor, and inspire both salaried and hourly team members.
  • Develop and implement productivity strategies through thorough analysis and collaboration with departmental leaders to meet production targets.
  • Work closely with various support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and Human Resources, to formulate plans that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee daily production operations to achieve key performance metrics related to safety, quality, and output.
  • Identify, lead, and execute process enhancements aimed at boosting Safety, Quality, and Production levels.
  • Ensure compliance with established company policies and procedures among all production staff.
  • Establish and maintain 5S standards, ensuring adherence to all 5S initiatives.
  • Document supervisor performance and accountability on a quarterly basis or more frequently as necessary.
  • Exemplify effective problem-solving techniques by recognizing issues and ensuring appropriate corrective measures are taken.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and promote safety practices.
  • Engage with supervisors to assess risks associated with non-standard operations and unexpected conditions.
  • Serve as a communication bridge between senior management and all employees.
  • Ensure that all supervisors create and implement suitable training programs for their teams.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing a team of 2 or more salaried employees along with over 40 indirect reports.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; community college or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in basic computer applications, including Word, Excel, and Internet usage.
  • Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and on rotating shifts.
  • Capability to work at heights exceeding 50 feet and lift up to 50 pounds.
