Job Summary
This exciting opportunity is for a highly skilled Clinical Psychologist to join our team at International SOS Government Medical Services. As a member of our Behavioral Health department, you will be responsible for providing mental health services to adult patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning. You will also work closely with other specialists to ensure effective care coordination and crisis intervention support.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mental evaluations and assessments to determine the presence of mental disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for adult patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between services
- Provide crisis intervention support and referrals as needed
- Document patient interactions and outcomes in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A doctoral degree in Psychology with a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience
- Licensure to practice in a US state or territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike
- High level of critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
