Electrical Site Foreman Job Description

Aireko is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the electrical installation process on our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Site Management: Ensure the safe and efficient execution of electrical projects, adhering to Aireko's safety protocols and company policies.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the work of electricians, leads, and subcontractors, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Project Coordination: Collaborate with other trades and the general contractor/owner representative to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with the project superintendent, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Inventory Management: Plan and track inventory materials for project execution, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing waste.
  • Documentation: Manage and maintain accurate records, including payroll, logs, T&M tickets, reports, material requests, and schedules.
Requirements:
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years' field experience in a leadership position, with a strong background in electrical projects and operations.
  • Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of construction operations, electrical systems, and equipment, with experience in solar installations and/or wastewater treatment plants electrical installation a plus.
  • Skills: Strong time-management skills, ability to multi-task, good math skills, and basic computer knowledge.
  • Certifications: Any additional relevant certification will be considered an advantage.
  • Travel: Able and willing to travel as required.
