Job Summary

The Associate Supervisor at Flagship Facility Services will be responsible for ensuring the safety of staff, timely gathering of time cards, ordering of supplies, meeting client needs, and providing janitorial work as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure staff safety and well-being
  • Gather and manage time cards
  • Order and manage supplies
  • Meet client needs and provide janitorial services
  • Conduct site safety and quality inspections
  • Communicate with operations manager regarding employee relations issues
Requirements
  • Knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies
  • Excellent internal and external customer service skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to lead and motivate others
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and Gmail
Work Environment

Fast-paced office environment with a high sense of urgency. Regularly exposed to dust, odors, oil, fumes, and noise.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk, or hear. Ability to stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move a minimum of 50 pounds of office and facilities equipment.
