The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience as an attorney, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work independently and efficiently. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and membership in good standing with a state bar are also required.

Responsibilities will include managing a federal appellate caseload, which may involve:

  • Conducting research and analysis of complex legal issues
  • Preparing and filing appellate briefs and other court documents
  • Representing the firm in oral arguments before federal appellate courts
  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective litigation strategies

The firm offers a competitive salary range of $80-$110k, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a matching 401k plan, and performance-based bonuses.
