Dross Berman LLC is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join our team. As a leading personal injury litigation firm, we require a skilled professional with a strong background in trial work and litigation experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple pre-litigation paralegals and manage the preparation and filing of pleadings in district and circuit courts.
  • Draft and negotiate settlement demands, and engage in district court and circuit court trial work.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for case management and resolution.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of personal injury litigation experience, including district court trial experience and circuit court involvement.
  • Bar admission in Maryland is mandatory, with DC and/or Virginia a plus.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, presentation, and legal writing skills, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to prioritize and work independently.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, with a high degree of professional ethics and integrity.
