Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Regional Loss Prevention Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Loss Prevention department, you'll be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and execution of our shortage and safety programs across the region. You'll also lead the training, development, and performance management of direct reports, and develop and execute Loss Prevention training programs for all levels of the field organization.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement Loss Prevention strategies to prevent losses and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Lead the training and development of direct reports, including Loss Prevention best practices and company policies.
- Conduct investigations and interviews to identify and resolve inventory, cash loss, and breach of company policies and procedures.
- Monitor controls to identify external/internal theft and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Manage monthly Travel & Expense budgets and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with management to communicate and train operational standards.
- Offer recommendations and solutions in crisis situations such as workplace violence, protest, and demonstrations.
- 3-5 years of multi-store retail Loss Prevention management experience.
- Excellent communication, verbal and written, skills.
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize/multitask.
- Basic knowledge of computer applications (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Wicklander or Reid interviewing and integration certification preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $97,000.
