POSITION OVERVIEW:

The selected candidate will be accountable for the on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of sophisticated equipment and systems. Responsibilities include evaluating and ensuring the operational quality of system equipment, as well as providing instruction to clients on system operation and upkeep. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers regarding both administrative and technical issues related to assigned projects. Some travel may be required, potentially up to 50%, which could include local, domestic, or international trips.

QUALIFICATIONS:

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2 to 5 years) and demonstrate strong communication skills, along with the ability to engage professionally and effectively with clients. The role involves addressing a variety of challenges that necessitate a thorough analysis of diverse factors, requiring sound judgment within broadly defined practices and policies.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

Regular activities include talking, listening, standing, walking, sitting, and using hands for fine manipulation. The role may require lifting and/or moving items weighing up to 25 pounds frequently, and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance. The work environment may expose the employee to moving mechanical components, with noise levels varying from moderate to noisy.

COMPENSATION:

The hourly wage for this position is $50.00, classified as an hourly/non-exempt role.
