Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Customer Service Representative within the Consumer Lending division, ensuring a high-quality customer experience while addressing inquiries and complaints.
- Review customer credit card profiles, payments, and account details, helping clients understand their balances.
- Handle inbound calls, averaging 60-80 calls per day, and escalate more complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Availability to work weekends is mandatory.
