Job Summary

We are seeking a General Laborer to join our team in a night shift position. As a General Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the processing of turkeys, including repetitive manual labor and equipment operation. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a team that is dedicated to producing high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform various tasks related to the processing of turkeys, including deboning meat and operating equipment.
  • Observe equipment operation and notify appropriate personnel of any malfunctions or safety issues.
  • Rotate to various functions within the processing department as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a damp and cold environment, with loud and noisy machinery, and with or around chemicals/fumes/pungent odors. You will also be working with animal organs and animal feces.
