Key Responsibilities
  • Define and manage the architecture of our systems, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Review and approve technical architecture content to ensure that it meets our standards.
  • Functionally manage a team of architects, including goal setting, performance reviews, and people management.
  • Collect and report team progress to upper management, ensuring that projects are completed on schedule.
  • Ensure that projects are completed following established procedures and schedules.
  • Act as a liaison and point of contact to the customer, elaborating on and showing traceability to the government defined operational architecture.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and a minimum 6 years of related experience or Masters Degree in STEM with 4 years of related experience.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance with an in-scope investigation date within the last 6 years.
  • Must be eligible to obtain Enhanced Security Clearances (SAP/PAR) within a reasonable amount of time as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
  • 1 year of experience leading a team or driving performance against schedule.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices.
