Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our center. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative duties, developing the center's team, and ensuring the financial health of the center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Duties: Manage billing, payroll, and general reporting, as well as ensure the timely and accurate completion of assessments for re-authorization.
  • Team Development: Recruit, hire, and onboard administrative and clinical staff, provide mentorship and career development, and supervise daily operations to ensure employee and patient satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Ensure the financial health of the center based on prescriptive key performance indicators, manage the center's purchasing budget, and oversee the tracking of equipment and devices.
  • Client Relations: Maintain client and employee privacy in accordance with CARD policy and HIPAA regulations, and lead outreach efforts to meet minimum growth requirements each month.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required, Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, finance, administration, or management preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in management required, some experience in healthcare settings preferred.
  • Skills: Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead in a complex and sometimes stressful environment, and exercise considerable judgment and maintain confidentiality.
