Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Rehabilitation team at TriStar Hendersonville Medical Center. As a Cardiac Rehab Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our team.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and evaluate patient care needs, implementing individualized plans to meet their unique requirements.
  • Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs as needed.
  • Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition, utilizing computerized documentation systems to ensure accurate and timely updates.
  • Instruct and educate patients and families as part of a multidisciplinary care planning team, promoting optimal health outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current licensure with the Tennessee Board of Nursing.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • ACLS certification within 6 months of hire.
  • One year of clinical nursing experience preferred.
