Job Summary:

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to join our team in providing high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:

* Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
* Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs.
* Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
* Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
* Other LPN/LVN duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the LPN/LVN practices.
* Current Health Certificate (per facility).
* Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
* Current BLS card.
* One year prior LPN/LVN experience preferred.
