Job Summary

Bellefaire JCB is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to youth and their families. As a Behavioral Health Specialist, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote resilience, dignity, and self-sufficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide holistic nursing care to clients in our behavioral health and autism residential treatment services
  • Develop therapeutic relationships with residential clients and actively work to achieve their trust
  • Utilize therapeutic verbal and non-verbal techniques to promote positive outcomes
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to evaluate client treatment plans and make data-driven decisions
