Key Responsibilities:

The FFT Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of designated areas and leading a clinical team in delivering community-based intensive counseling services to youth and their families through the Functional Family Therapy (FFT) Model.

This role requires adaptability in scheduling to accommodate family needs, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends, along with necessary travel.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field in Human Services,
  • Compliance with professional standards, licensure/certification, and/or contract obligations,
  • A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, with a preference for FFT experience,
  • Flexibility to meet family scheduling needs, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends,
  • Willingness to travel as required.

  • Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS)
