Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in memory care or working with individuals diagnosed with dementia.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively connect with residents, families, and team members.
  • Ability to manage schedules proficiently to ensure smooth activity execution.
  • Background in social work, assisted living, or recreational therapy is advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for enhancing the lives of seniors through meaningful engagement.
  • Familiarity with community care practices.
