Collision Center Manager

At Joe Hudson's Collision Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Location Manager to lead our operations in Bossier, LA.
Job Summary:
The Location Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our collision repair facility, ensuring that we meet or exceed our goals in customer service, margin, efficiency, quality, and administration. This individual will demonstrate exceptional leadership skills, develop employees for maximum performance, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales, production, and administration of the location.
- Monitor location performance to identify opportunities and trends, and develop and execute plans to address them.
- Conduct daily morning meetings to ensure employees are focused on daily goals and production commitments.
- Manage DRP accounts and communicate changes effectively.
- Provide leadership and guidance to employees, recruit top talent, and recognize and retain them.
- Approve hourly timeclock punches daily and ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.
- Perform final quality checks on finished vehicles and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills and prior knowledge of the auto collision industry.
- Demonstrated organizational and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, managers, and leadership.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a high volume of activity.
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Prior collision industry experience required, with 3+ years of management experience preferred.
- Prior experience working with CCCOne is a plus.
