Job Summary

Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to lead our Zumba classes and inspire our members to reach their fitness goals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging workout environment that promotes a sense of community and camaraderie among our members.

Responsibilities

  • Lead high-energy Zumba classes that are engaging, motivating, and safe for our members
  • Develop and implement creative and effective workout routines that cater to different fitness levels and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our members, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with our team to promote our fitness programs and services, and to develop new and innovative ideas to drive member engagement and retention
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Current Zumba B1 License
  • CPR Certification
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in exercise science, fitness, or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience as a group fitness instructor, preferably in a fitness studio or gym setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
