About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Fitness Instructor to join our team at Crunch Fitness - CR Holdings. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be responsible for leading members through a variety of group exercise classes, including HIIT, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Hi/Lo, Sculpt, Yoga, and Pilates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead group exercise classes, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for members
  • Develop and implement new class formats and themes
  • Provide guidance and support to members on various aspects of fitness
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to create a positive and motivating team environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and techniques

Requirements:

  • Group Fitness Certification through AFAA or ACE preferred
  • CPR Certification
  • Ability to lift light weights, bend, squat, jump, run, reach, walk, hop, spin, and kick
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High energy and enthusiasm for fitness and teaching
