Group Fitness/HIIT Instructor

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Group Fitness/HIIT Instructor to join our team at Crunch Fitness. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will lead members through a variety of exercises and activities designed to enhance overall fitness, strength, and endurance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead group fitness classes, including HIIT, Kickboxing, Zumba, TRX, Hi/Lo, Sculpt, Yoga, and Pilates
  • Develop and implement new class formats and themes
  • Provide guidance and support to members on various aspects of fitness
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to create a positive and inclusive fitness environment

Requirements

  • Group Fitness Certification through AFAA or ACE preferred
  • CPR Certification
  • Ability to lift light weights, bend, squat, jump, run, reach, walk, hop, spin, and kick
