About the Role:

As a Lead Welder Team Coordinator at The Raymond Corporation, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our production team. We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and coordinate our welding team, driving excellence in quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coaching and mentoring team members to improve their skills and performance
  • Developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure high-quality products
  • Collaborating with production supervisors to achieve team goals and objectives
  • Providing guidance on safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports to track team performance and progress
  • Participating in the selection and training of new team members
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement

About the Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a 10% shift differential. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

About the Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least two years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

About the Work Environment:

As a Lead Welder Team Coordinator, you will work in a factory setting with a typical 2nd shift schedule. You will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. You will also have the opportunity to work with a variety of equipment and machinery, including forklifts and cranes.
