  • Supervise and coordinate millwright crews to ensure efficient project completion
  • Assemble, install, and dismantle grain bins and dryer systems
  • Install and maintain conveyor systems
  • Read and interpret blueprints to inform project planning
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical parts to minimize downtime
  • Perform stick welding to high standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years of millwright experience
  • 5+ years of welding experience
  • Rigging experience
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
