**Essential Functions and Primary Duties**

As a Retirement Plan Resolution Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Opening cases for every inquiry, including those that can be resolved during the first call or email, as well as inquiries that require substantive research or a response
  • Ensuring accuracy in processing and responding within service level guidelines
  • Assisting and resolving retirement plan participant requests and issues, including:
    • Obtaining account information
    • Answering questions
    • Executing transactions
    • Responding to plan questions
    • Processing benefit payments
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned

**Preferred Qualifications**

We are looking for candidates with a:

  • Bachelor's degree

**Minimum Qualifications**

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Zero to Two years of relevant work experience in the retirement planning industry
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience with digital data management/filling system is an asset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables simultaneously
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills and use of grammar
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment
  • Ability to follow standard procedures
  • Ability to work cooperatively with others
  • Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external clients and other key stakeholders
