WoodSpring Hotels is seeking a skilled and experienced Front Desk Professional to join our team. As a Front Desk Professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, and maintaining the highest level of guest satisfaction.
About the Role:
The Front Desk Professional will be the first point of contact for our guests, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all guest needs are met. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with 2-5 years of prior guest service experience in a hotel setting preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations, including handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate records, process payments, and perform various administrative tasks as needed
• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience
Salary Range:
$50,000 - $65,000 per year.
