Key Responsibilities- Operational Excellence: Develop and implement strategies to optimize plant production, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment for all employees, and maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Leadership and Development: Provide guidance and training to production employees, and develop their skills to meet the needs of the business.
- Quality Control: Monitor and analyze production data to ensure high-quality products are delivered to our customers.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of plant equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Experience: Proven experience in supervising production employees in an aggregate production environment.
- Leadership and Management Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop employees.
- Operational Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of aggregate production processes, including rock and sand mining, ready-mix concrete, and asphalt operations.
- Financial Knowledge: Ability to manage financial performance to established targets, and meet or exceed performance goals.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $69,960 - $105,000 annual salary.
