Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at PeopleShare. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, data entry, and administrative support to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently into our database
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing reports
  • Translate written and verbal communication as necessary
  • Keep a detailed log of calls and visitors
  • Respond to calls, emails, and potential complaints daily
  • Collaborate with team members to problem-solve and implement new actions
  • Maintain safety standards in the office
  • Prepare reports on a weekly and quarterly basis
  • Perform other tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Office, and Excel
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multitask
  • Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
