Position Overview:

The IT Support Analyst plays a crucial role in delivering technical support across various departments within the organization. This position is primarily responsible for ensuring that PVA locations can effectively utilize software and hardware to fulfill their operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide network assistance for Jiffy Lube locations during incidents that fall outside the Point-Of-Sale (POS) support framework, such as ISP outages and hardware modifications.
  • Address Tier 1 IT support inquiries from both store and corporate personnel.
  • Modify configurations, settings, and permissions to resolve store-related issues.
  • Serve as the primary contact for internal company systems, including the internal data warehouse and proprietary POS system.
  • Act as the main point of contact for vendor platforms.
  • Deliver onsite IT support for the corporate office.
  • Develop and execute SQL queries to generate and disseminate reports within the internal data warehouse.
  • Manage user access for applications governed by the parent company.
  • Oversee user access and provide support for alarm and camera systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in contemporary IT systems and management technologies.
  • Fundamental understanding of networking principles.
  • Skilled in troubleshooting issues remotely.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL.

Education and Experience:

  • Preferred: Associate's degree in Computer Technology.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in providing technical support.

Work Environment:

  • Local candidates are preferred. Relocation assistance is not available.
