We are seeking a Hospice Spiritual Coordinator to provide spiritual support and counseling to patients and their families, as well as guidance to the Hospice Team as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Divinity, or Pastoral Counseling is preferred.

Experience:

Experience working in home care, hospice, or end-of-life care is preferred, as well as experience working with diverse populations.

Requirements:
