About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Sales Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for articulating the value of our next-generation endpoint technology to potential customers. You will work closely with our Account Executives to acquire new logos and provide technical expertise to our customers.

This role is 100% remote for Talent located in the United States and supporting the East Region Territories. (Preferred location in the Eastern Time Zone)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the expert in endpoint or network security space, with a solid understanding of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Articulate basic security problems to a diverse set of audiences, including C-level executives.
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Support, and Engineering to provide technical bridge between CrowdStrike and prospects/customers.
  • Conduct demonstrations and proof of values, presenting technical concepts to external audiences.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills are a must.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in technical studies with 1+ years of relevant experience in sales engineering.
  • Ability to travel minimally as required (potentially once a year for annual Sales Kickoff Event).
  • Knowledge of malware, threat intelligence, and/or sandbox analysis.
  • Ability to write and modify basic scripts, with preferred languages being PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
  • Experience with virtualization/VDI technologies and large scale cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
  • Proficient understanding of Active Directory and customer facing experience.
  • Certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, and SANS or participating in security events such as capture the flag are a bonus.
