Key Responsibilities:
  • Challenge customers to see what it takes to achieve their business goals, using your skills, insight, and experience to design innovative solutions that maximize outcomes.

  • Develop strategic roadmaps and initiatives that drive business outcomes and IT initiatives.
  • Bridge the gap between business outcomes and IT initiatives, ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions.
  • Design and architect holistic workplace solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • Develop a workplace solutions vision that our customers want to embrace and execute upon.
  • Specify the deliverables of consulting and implementation projects, writing statements of work (SOW) for Softchoice services.
  • Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure services are delivered as specified and meet customer business outcome objectives.
  • Take leadership on enabling our sales, pre-sales, and post-sales teams on the value of Softchoice solutions for Hybrid IT.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in selling, architecting, and/or implementing workplace solutions with a focus on Microsoft M365 solutions.
  • Background in Public Sector with a strong background in Canadian or US public sector verticals.
  • Existing federal security clearance or ability to obtain it, ensuring seamless integration into high-security projects.
  • Very strong and in-depth understanding of major components of Microsoft M365, including Microsoft 365 Productivity and Collaboration, Microsoft 365 Identity and Threat Protection, and Microsoft 365 Device and Apps Management.
  • Required technologies: Microsoft 365 Productivity and Collaboration, Microsoft 365 Identity and Threat Protection, Microsoft 365 Device and Apps Management, M365 CoPilot, and secondary technologies: Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Information Protection and Governance.
  • Understanding of project management principles, such as WBS, Agile Framework, effort estimating, approach definition, budgeting, and ability to apply these to Statements of Work.
  • Understanding of architectural frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT.
  • Demonstrated ability to write technical documents with attention to fine detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional cross-functional team collaboration skills.
  • Self-starter and collaborative in business planning, leading discussions on forecasts and account plans to promote intentional selling in targeted accounts.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%.
