Diagnostic Sonographer Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Sonographer to join our team at Norton Healthcare. As a Diagnostic Sonographer, you will be responsible for performing routine diagnostic imaging studies, communicating with patients, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic imaging studies using ultrasound equipment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians
  • Maintain a safe and efficient work environment
  • Assist in maintaining a work area free from hazards
  • Present a pleasant and helpful manner to patients, physicians, and staff
Qualifications:
  • RDMS or ARRT (S) certification
  • One year of experience in ultrasound or sonography
  • Ability to work varying shifts and schedules
