Job Description
As a Workforce Scheduling Team Lead at Uline, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our call center team. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the performance of WFM Schedulers, tracking and reporting team productivity and accuracy. You will also be responsible for reviewing processes and procedures to recommend efficiencies and productivity improvements to management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage WFM Schedulers' Performance
- Track and report team productivity and accuracy
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes
- Review and Improve Processes
- Recommend efficiencies and productivity improvements to management
- Collaborate with WFM Schedulers to implement changes
- Train and Develop WFM Schedulers
- Train WFM Schedulers on company policies and procedures
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure success
- Provide Scheduling Support
- Provide weekly scheduling support to the WFM Scheduling team
- Ensure accurate and efficient scheduling practices
Requirements
- Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience
- 2+ years of scheduling experience
- WFM experience preferred
- Skills
- Demonstrated team leadership experience
- Ability to evaluate data to identify trends
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
