Workforce Scheduling Team Lead

Role Overview

At Uline, we're looking for a skilled Workforce Scheduling Team Lead to oversee our call center team staffing. This role involves guiding and supporting the WFM scheduling team to ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor team productivity and accuracy, providing guidance to improve performance.
  • Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Train WFM schedulers on company policies and procedures.
  • Manage scheduling-related issues with management.
  • Provide weekly scheduling support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of scheduling experience; WFM experience preferred.
  • Proven team leadership experience.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
