Role Overview
At Uline, we're looking for a skilled Workforce Scheduling Team Lead to oversee our call center team staffing. This role involves guiding and supporting the WFM scheduling team to ensure exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor team productivity and accuracy, providing guidance to improve performance.
- Develop and implement processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Train WFM schedulers on company policies and procedures.
- Manage scheduling-related issues with management.
- Provide weekly scheduling support.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2+ years of scheduling experience; WFM experience preferred.
- Proven team leadership experience.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
