Job Summary

The Retail Sales Team Lead at Aramark is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the retail location, including stocking and inventorying product, maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the store, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule and assign work tasks to retail team members
  • Train and guide staff members in customer service, cash handling, and product knowledge
  • Ensure product is stocked to appropriate levels and replenishes and arranges items as needed
  • Maintain excellent customer service and positive attitude towards guests, customers, clients, and co-workers
  • Perform transfers and delivery of products and/or merchandise from the warehouse to the inmates
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in order fulfillment
  • Responsible for receiving products and merchandise, checking for quality and damages to items, and proper storage of delivered products and merchandise
  • Follow company marketing and promotional offerings
  • Perform physical inventory as needed
  • Place vendor orders and receive orders weekly
  • Process requests for supplies, prepares merchandise for delivery, and prepares packages for delivery according to established procedures
  • Ensure security of company assets
Requirements
  • Experience in a supervisory or related role preferred
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Basic math and counting skills required
  • Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be able to work independently with limited supervision
  • Requires occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 25 lbs.
  • Must be available to work flexible hours including evening and occasional weekend
  • Must be able to pass County background check for facility access
