Executive Support Specialist

Job Summary: The Executive Assistant role at MSCCN will provide high-level administrative support by preparing statistical reports, conducting research, organizing special projects, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer the high-level day-to-day office operations for Vice-President level and perform a wide variety of word processing tasks to help the department run more efficiently.
  • Prepare and generate various reports, research, budget reconciliation, expense reports, and personnel documents.
  • Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements while maintaining the Executive's calendar.
  • Develop and implement record keeping procedures to ensure the accuracy and maintenance of confidential records.
  • Interact with customers and colleagues by phone and in person to provide accurate and timely information.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Suites.
  • Knowledge of sorting/filing techniques and records retention policies to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy when completing multiple assignments.
  • Ability to clearly communicate ideas and information to various levels of audiences.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of delicate and confidential information obtained through the course of completing assignments.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's or 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
  • 2 Years of Experience.
