Job Title: Instructional Designer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to join our team. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective learning strategies, creating interactive and immersive learning experiences, and evaluating the effectiveness of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop high-quality e-learning content, including online courses, guided learning paths, and assessments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather requirements and develop course content.
  • Develop and maintain learning standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Conduct needs analysis and assessments to identify learning gaps and opportunities.
  • Design and deliver training programs, including instructor-led training and online courses.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, and adult learning theory.
  • Advanced knowledge of instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning theory.
  • Experience with e-learning authoring tools, such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
