As a Paid Media Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day performance channel management across paid digital media channels (PPC and paid social). You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to lead the digital marketing strategy for paid media and oversee everything from campaign setups to execution and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid social media and Google advertising campaigns across multiple client accounts.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive ROI and maximize performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing regular reports and insights to leadership.
- Effectively manage and allocate budgets to improve budget efficiency and achieve company objectives.
- Implement budget tracking and forecasting to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop and execute organic social media strategies that complement and enhance paid media campaigns.
- Support the growth of client accounts by implementing organic social media tactics when needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media management (PPC and paid social).
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across various platforms.
- Experience with organic social media management to complement paid media efforts.
