Customer Support Representative

Join inSync Staffing as a Customer Support Representative and provide top-tier service to customers in the Avionics and AGS departments. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate responses to inquiries, managing customer relationships, and identifying upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to pricing and contracts.
  • Act as the main point of contact between customers and *** Avionics, Inc.
  • Identify and act on upselling opportunities in collaboration with sales managers.
  • Escalate customer issues to management when necessary.
  • Track customer products and fleets with the Account Management Team (AMT).
  • Attend meetings and provide input on customer accounts.
  • Gain technical knowledge of repair products and ensure correct repair quotes.
  • Propose product exchanges and manage availability with the Exchange Team.
  • Communicate delivery delays or increased costs to customers.
  • Authorize return shipments and manage risks with late-paying customers.
  • Promote upselling and continuous improvement within the department.
Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of customer service experience, ideally in aerospace or electronics.
  • 3+ years of program coordination experience.
  • Proficiency in SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to manage customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese is a plus.
