Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Shuttle Driver to provide transportation services for our guests in a courteous and friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Escort guests to and from accommodations, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience.
  • Assist guests with luggage and other belongings, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain a safe transportation environment, adhering to local, state, and federal traffic laws.
  • Perform daily safety checks and report any vehicle malfunctions in a timely manner.
  • Conduct property walks to identify areas that need attention and address minor maintenance issues.
  • Fulfill guest requests made to the front desk staff, including but not limited to toiletries and linens.
Requirements
  • One year of previous driving experience required.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and converse with guests and others.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions and deal with problems involving several concrete variables.
Work Environment

The Shuttle Driver will work in a fast-paced environment, frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles. The employee will be expected to drive safely during all weather conditions.

Physical Demands

The Shuttle Driver will be required to sit, stand, walk, climb, or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds.
