Role SummaryAs a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the operational efficiency of our warehouse. Your efforts will be vital in supporting our clients by maintaining a seamless workflow and timely processing of goods.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately pick orders, receive shipments, and organize products within the warehouse.
- Verify that the correct items and quantities are selected for daily shipments.
- Match shipping labels with corresponding invoices.
- Manage a variety of tasks that may involve physical activity, including lifting weights of 20-25lbs.
- Ensure that all shipments are loaded and received on the appropriate vehicles within designated timeframes.
- Conduct inventory counts and quality checks for all incoming and outgoing shipments, documenting findings for management.
- Process returns efficiently and accurately.
- Utilize online carrier platforms as necessary.
- Maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
- Engage in continuous movement throughout the warehouse during your shift.
- Perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching to handle products.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
- Demonstrates punctuality, reliability, and integrity.
- Exhibits flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic work environment.
- Values precision and has a keen eye for detail.
