Flybridge Staffing is actively seeking a Customer Success/Account Manager for a prominent client. This direct-hire opportunity offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing for two days of remote work each week. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for enhancing account retention and driving growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage corporate accounts across the United States, fostering and expanding relationships with key stakeholders.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate liaisons, ensuring proactive and effective communication.
  3. Anticipate client needs and address account challenges by collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement solutions.
  4. Design and execute rollout and renewal strategies that maximize utilization rates for eligible participants.
  5. Conduct engaging seminars, presentations, and meetings tailored for existing and prospective corporate accounts.
  6. Regularly compile and analyze eligibility, participation, and budget reports to enhance client engagement.
  7. Define and implement growth strategies based on thorough analysis of sales data and competitive insights.
  8. Generate referrals from satisfied clients and assist in acquiring new corporate accounts.
  9. Exhibit professionalism through excellent communication skills and a positive demeanor.
  10. Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
  11. Understand and adapt to relevant business and budgeting systems to meet client requirements.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five years of experience in Customer Success, Account Coordination, or Account Management are required.
