Company Overview: Flybridge Staffing is seeking a dedicated professional for the role of Customer Success/Account Manager. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for two days of remote work each week.

Role Overview: In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering account retention and driving growth initiatives. You will oversee corporate accounts nationwide, acting as the primary liaison to address inquiries and resolve issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five years of experience in Customer Success, Account Coordination, or Account Management.

  • Manage and nurture corporate accounts across the country, building and expanding professional relationships with corporate liaisons.
  • Proactively identify client needs and address account challenges by collaborating with internal teams and ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Design and implement rollout and renewal strategies that maximize utilization rates for eligible participants.
  • Create and deliver tailored seminars, presentations, and meetings for existing and potential corporate account liaisons.
  • Regularly compile and analyze eligibility, participation, and budget reports for corporate account liaisons, developing strategies to enhance engagement.
  • Formulate growth strategies based on sales and utilization reports, alongside competitive intelligence analysis.
  • Encourage referrals from current clients and assist the Executive Director of Business Development in acquiring new corporate accounts.
  • Demonstrate professionalism through excellent communication skills and positive interpersonal interactions.
  • Exhibit the ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Understand relevant business and budgeting systems, demonstrating flexibility to meet client needs.
