Lead Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Teacher to join our team at Children of America. As a Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and executing our curriculum, working alongside a talented team of educators in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that support social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth of each child.
- Communicate effectively with parents and fellow staff to ensure a positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom activities and ensure a safe and structured learning environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- CDA (Child Development Associate) credential.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- First Aid/CPR training.
- Meet all state requirements for the position.
