Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a mixed-age Montessori elementary classroom, fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment
  • Design and implement customized lesson plans, incorporating real-world extensions and follow-up work in all content areas
  • Collaborate with program experts to create a classroom culture that values effortful choices and truth-seeking inquiry
  • Communicate effectively with parents to ensure a clear understanding of their child's academic, social, and emotional progress
  • Participate in a network of educators and developers, contributing to the continuous improvement of our national program
